About FurniOx

Precision-engineered furniture manufacturing built around 3D scanning, CNC control, and direct partnership.

More than furniture

We built FurniOx to fix the failures we saw as buyers.

We started in real estate, commissioning custom furniture for properties. As buyers, we experienced every common failure firsthand: delays, poor fits, weak coordination, and too many mistakes discovered only on installation day.

FurniOx was built to run the process differently: engineer earlier, control production in-house, and use modern technology to reduce human-factor risk before materials are cut. Our philosophy is simple — quality, timeliness, and no stress. The team combines carpenters with 35+ years of experience, interior designers, CAD specialists, and manufacturing technology engineers.

That is also why motorsport fits our story. Racing forces teams to search for every small efficiency gain: less wasted movement, faster decisions, cleaner preparation and repeatable execution under pressure. We study that mentality because the same thinking helps us improve furniture manufacturing: fewer errors, shorter feedback loops and better control from design to installation.

Awards & Recognition

Verslo Genas Award 2025

Recognized as one of Lithuania's most innovative businesses — 2nd place in the Innovative Business category by Lrytas news portal.

Chamber of Commerce Award 2023

Nominated as the most innovative company in Biržai district by Panevėžys Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts.

Why the company exists

The origin story is operational, not cosmetic. We entered furniture manufacturing because we had already experienced where the usual process breaks.

Started from frustration, not theory

We came into furniture manufacturing from the real estate sector. After repeatedly ordering custom furniture for properties and dealing with missed deadlines, weak coordination, and installation-day surprises, we decided to manufacture ourselves — with quality, timeliness, and without stress.

Problems found on screen, not on site

3D scanning, SolidWorks CAD, and 5-axis CNC turn complex rooms into validated digital models. That reduces rework, fitting errors, and costly corrections after production.

Small team, direct accountability

We keep decision paths short and communication direct. That matters when partners need answers quickly and projects cannot absorb avoidable friction.

A connected production system

The point is not machinery alone. The point is a workflow that removes avoidable risk from custom furniture manufacturing.

Scan the real space

We capture room geometry with 3D scanning so irregular walls, slopes, sockets, and pipes are identified before design decisions turn into production errors.

Engineer in CAD

Furniture is designed against the actual space in professional CAD/CAM tools. Clearance issues and mismatches are solved digitally, where changes are fast and cheap.

Produce under control

Key machining, cutting, edge finishing, and pressing stay inside our production system, which improves repeatability and reduces dependency on outside processing chains.

Deliver with fewer surprises

Because the work is validated earlier, installation is cleaner and more predictable. The goal is simple: less rework, less delay, and less stress for the client.

Core production stack

Our capability is built on a practical combination of scanning, engineering software, and in-house manufacturing equipment.

Why partners choose FurniOx

The value is not one machine or one promise. It is the combination of precision, control, pricing logic, and a clear manufacturing direction.

3D scanning pioneer mindset

We were early to integrate 3D room scanning into bespoke furniture production, especially for the difficult spaces where manual measuring breaks down.

Better control of quality risk

Most smaller manufacturers outsource cutting and edge work, increasing error and quality risks at each handoff. We keep all key processes in-house, reducing dependency on outside processing chains. Every project's drawings are archived for 5 years, enabling rapid precise component re-manufacturing when needed.

Baltic cost base, EU-standard output

We work with EU-certified supplier materials and industrial machinery while operating from Lithuania, which helps keep pricing competitive without lowering standards.

Built toward Industry 5.0

Our direction is human-centric, AI-augmented manufacturing: use technology to reduce coordination waste and errors while skilled people stay responsible for quality.

Production base in Rinkuskiai, Lithuania

Our analysis showed minimal furniture manufacturing concentration in Biržai district, combined with an attractive logistics position between the Baltic nations. We invested in our production base with EU structural funding support for rural development, bringing high-value manufacturing jobs to the region and acquiring modern equipment that enables industrial-grade output.

Delivery model

All active markets served through logistics partners and direct project coordination.

Project response

Focused communication, short decision paths, and a process designed to move from brief to production without unnecessary drag.
