Business Warranty Conditions

Document Information

Version 1.0 | Effective: 7 March 2026 | Applies to: Business (B2B) contracts | This document defines the warranty terms applicable to furniture products supplied by FurniOx under commercial contracts.

Scope of Warranty

This warranty applies to custom furniture products manufactured and delivered by UAB FurniOx under business-to-business contracts for commercial, institutional, or professional use. Consumer purchases are governed by separate B2C warranty conditions.

Contractual Warranty

FurniOx warrants that all products delivered under commercial contracts will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and will conform to the agreed specifications at the time of delivery. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original contracting party.

Warranty Period

The standard B2B warranty period is 24 months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified in the individual contract. Structural components (frames, load-bearing elements) carry a warranty of 60 months. The warranty period for replaced or repaired components equals the remaining period of the original warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover: damage caused by improper installation not performed by FurniOx or its authorised partners; normal wear and tear; damage resulting from use outside the specified parameters; modifications performed without written approval from FurniOx; damage caused by failure to follow maintenance guidelines; force majeure events; cosmetic variations inherent to natural materials.

Warranty Claim Process

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of discovering the defect. Claims must include the contract number, detailed description of the defect, and photographic evidence. FurniOx will inspect the product within 10 business days and provide a written assessment. Approved claims will be resolved through repair, replacement, or credit at FurniOx's discretion.

Limitation of Liability

FurniOx's total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the contract value of the affected products. FurniOx shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, business interruption, or costs of substitute goods. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Governing Law and Disputes

This warranty is governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from this warranty shall first be resolved through negotiation. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the Vilnius Commercial Arbitration Court.
